Complete this form after each job you complete PAID OR UNPAID. This form ensures that we are aware of pay due to you, that you completed the required role/gig for the client and that you receive copies of your work from the project upon release.

Talent Contractors: Be sure to complete the following form immediately after each job to prevent a delay in payments. Gross payouts minus 20% INTRO agency commission are completed via check via USPS or via Zelle (at our discretion) within 45 days of completion of this PCRF. (Clients typically have 30 days from the final confirmations of the details below to settle the final invoice)

Confirmation from client of your attendance, your actual hours worked, your compliance with requested wardrobe, etc were all followed and that we have time to send final invoice to client and they have time to settle it. Please remember that if a client is late settling their final invoice, you will have to wait for the client to pay even if that’s past the payout date. THIS IS NOT NEGOTIABLE.
